Photographer:
The Old West Media team will be the show photographers for the entire event.

Videographer/Live Feed:
Performance Horse Central (PHC or CHC) will be the official show videographer and Live
Feed vendor. Immediately after your run, you can view your run on the replay monitor at no
charge. The monitor will be set up near the roping chutes in the warmup area. You can
purchase your videos directly from the CHC livescoring app on your phone or computer.
Simply click the video icon next to the horses draw number. To watch the event free of
charge go to www.chclivescoring.com and click on the Old West Logo. You can also follow
along with the scores as the runs are completed. You can download the CHC Livescoring app
and watch it on your phone, or simply click the above link to watch on your computer.
Media Policy:
Any individual capturing content for commercial purposes, supplying images or video to
clients, or using professional-grade equipment for business use must obtain an approved
Old West Media Credential. Please click HERE to view full media policy and fill out the Media
Request Form.
Attendee Media Release
Old West retains all broadcast and media rights. This event is broadcast on CHC livescoring.
By attending the Old West Rope Horse Futurity and Sale you consent to your voice, name or
likeness to be used for Old West and/or approved partners of the Old West promotional
materials including but not limited to, images, videos, and recordings that may be used in
print, video, digital and internet media. Attending you understand that these images and/or
voice recordings may be used for a variety of purposes and that images may be used without
further notification from Old West or its approved partners.
Amendments – The Old West/ARHFA reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
Contestants will be notified of any changes prior to competition.
