FUTURITIES
SHOW RULES
Payment Policy:
All entries, memberships, office fees, etc. for the Old West Futurity must be paid in full prior
to the start of the show. The show office will not hand out back numbers to exhibitors that
have outstanding invoices prior to competing. All exhibitors must bring form of payment with
them to the show office when picking up back numbers. You will be asked to go get a form of
payment if you show up without one and have an outstanding balance. We are strictly
enforcing this rule at the Old West show, and no back numbers will be given out without all
show tabs closed out. Acceptable payments are check, cash, or credit card. Current credit
card fee is 4%. Any NFS checks will be charged a $35 NFS fee, and you must pay fees by credit
card at time of notification of any NFS checks.
Payout Requirements:
To receive a winnings, check from the Old West Futurity you must have a payee form on file
with the show office, or click here to complete the payee form. Old West will not mail checks
out without a payee form on file. If owners are to receive the winnings please make sure they
fill this form out prior to the start of the show.
Late Entries and Fees:
Late Entries will be accepted until 3 PM on June 13th. Late fees will be charged starting June
8th to any new entries. No late fee will be charged to an entry that was entered on time to
add subclasses only. Once entries close on June 13th no more entries will be accepted.
Late Fees:
Late Fee - $300/horse
Credit card payment accepted only
Refunds and Substitutions:
Refunds – Refunds are permitted to all entries that have entered prior to June 8th. Starting
June 8th there will be no refunds allowed, an exhibitor can only substitute a horse in the
scratched horse’s same class. If it is a completely different rider that is eligible for subclasses
you may add those classes to the new rider and horse.
Substitutions – An exhibitor may substitute a horse up until June 13th at 3 PM. After that
time there will be no substitutions allowed.
